Members are advised that D.B Research Services has been contracted to conduct our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to assess overall member experience and satisfaction over the next ten (10) months, ending March 2023.
Members may be contacted to share their experience by way of telephone interviews, email and in-branch.
