Online Banking Registration

You must first register with the Credit Union before you may begin enjoying the convenience of online banking with Co-Optima Connect.

To register for Co-Optima Connect you will need:

1.	Your Credit Union account number(s) that you will be accessing using Co-Optima Connect*
2.	A completed Registration Form. Forms are available from any of our branches or you can download a copy here (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader):
3.	One piece of photo identification. Bring the completed Registration Form into any of our branch offices along with your photo ID. The information will be verified, your login account will be created and your initial access code (password) provided to you.
	*NOTE: Non-member, corporate and Joint “AND” accounts are NOT accessible with this service. NOTE: Eligible accounts are those that meet the minimum qualifying shareholding as specified in the Credit Union’s By-Law 21.
	For members resident outside of Barbados:
1.	Only if you are residing outside of Barbados, you must have the information you provide on your Registration Form certified by a Notary Public or other authorized official in your community.
2.	If your address or other contact information has changed and you have not yet advised the Credit Union of the change, please also complete a General Information Form with this new information. You must also have this form certified by a Notary Public or other authorized official in your community. You can download a copy of the General Information Form here (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader):
3.	Sign the Registration Form. Make a copy of the completed and certified form (and the General Information Form, if applicable) for your own records.
4.	Post the original completed, signed and certified Registration Form (and the General Information Form, if applicable) to the Credit Union at the following address:

After your application has been received the information will be verified, your Co-Optima Connect login account will be created and your initial access code (password) assigned to you. This information will be communicated back to you, either by post or by e-mail, as specified by you in your application.
